Before using this wireless charging pad, please read the following guidance:

1. Ensure your phone model supports wireless charging. Check the compatible phone list provided.
2. To avoid unnecessary battery drain, remove the wireless charging pad from the car charger when not in use or when the car is off.
3. Keep the mat out of direct sunlight when the weather is hot, as high temperatures can slow the charging speed.
4. For fast charging mode, use a QC3.0 car charger, PD 18W or above, or a wall adapter. Using a low-power charger may slow the charging speed and prevent proper battery charging. (PD 20W FAST CAR CHARGER INCLUDED)
5. The thickness of the phone case should not exceed 4mm. Remove any metal or magnetic objects from the phone before charging, as they may interfere with the charging process.

Fast Charge Capabilities: For fast wireless charging, at least an 18W adapter is required (INCLUDED). Make sure your smartphone supports fast wireless charging. iPhone supports up to 15W, Samsung Galaxy phones support up to 15W, and most other devices are below 10W.
